3. Welcome to our guests from Greece and Belgium. Welcome to our guests from Spain and Bulgaria. Welcome to all of you, for your time, joining us in this special event! Starting an international partnership.

4. What is Elsito?  ELSITO is an acronym for: “Empowering Learning for Social Inclusion Through Occupation”.  The Elsito netwerk is a learning partnership funded by the Life Long Learning Programme of Grundvig, an European Fund.  We will work together to identify the processes involved in achieving social inclusion.  We will do this through projects of good practice and our own learning narratives.

5. Who are in the ELSITO learning partnership? Three network partners:  Institute of higher education, department of occupational therapy of Hogeschool – Universiteit in Brussels  Professional organisation – Hellenic Association of occupational therapists in Greece  Mental health organisation – GGZ inGeest partner VUmc, department dagbesteding en arbeid in Amsterdam. Including: service users ( in mental health, refugees), staff, occupational therapists and occupational therapy students. Collabortive partners:  The university of Vic in Spain  The university of Russe in Bulgaria.

6. What will we do?  Visit projects, in our home cities.  Discuss themes as social inclusion and recovery  Describe projects  Tell and share each others narratives  Social and cultural activities  Dissiminate findings
