3 WG Letter Ballot #28 Summary WG Letter Ballot on Initial Draft, IEEE P802.16j/D1 Opened 10 Aug., 2007 * Closed 9 Sept., 2007 * Call for Reply Comment to be Closed 16 Sept., 2007 * (Monday 2 pm in Malaga) * in AOE Result: Approve 178, Disapprove 87 (Approved Ratio: 178/(178+87) = 67% < 75%) Abstain 28 Total 293 out of 350 Members (Return Ratio: (178+87+28)/350 = 84% > 50%) (Approval Conditions Met: No) Pending comment resolution and recirculation.

9 Motions expected to come at Relay TG Closing 1.To authorize the Technical Editors to revise the initial draft (P802.16j/D1) to accommodate the comment resolutions in 802.16- 07/045r1. 2.To authorize the TG Chair to request the working group approve P802.16j/D2 as revised draft and to proceed to the 2 nd working group letter ballot. Motions expected to come at 802.16WG Closing 1.To approve P802.16j/D2 (to be issued by the Relay TG Editors) as the revised working group draft and to authorize the WG Chair to open 2 nd WG Letter Ballot on p802.16j/D2 to close on 5 Nov., 2007 AOE.
