4  Often overlooked, this can have a huge impact on a young adult.  Pressure for all sorts of goals usually in the clause of “its for your own good” or “it is your responsibility”  Very similar to peer pressure, adults want their children to conform to their values and goals, to be successful in life.  Adult pressure can be just as positive or negative as peer pressure, sometimes even more. 11 A bunch of Sally’s friends are smoking in a hidden, free from any supervision spot at a football game. No one asks Sally to smoke, but she really wants to try it to fit in with the group. What type of pressure is this? What type of pressure is this?

13 Ted is with his friends at the beach. Penny, the girl he likes pulls out a bottle of wine and passes it to Ted. Ted passes the wine to someone else without taking a sip.
