4. Our mission To improve health and well-being. We will be proactive in identifying the needs of our diverse and often marginalised communities. Our approach will enable and empower individuals to make positive, informed choices about their health and overall well-being. We will provide supportive, knowledgeable, non- judgemental and peer-based engagements.

Additional screens: chlamydia, Hep C, syphilis Outreach to LGBT venues, PSEs, saunas, YOI, homeless projects, faith groups, student groups, businesses 121 support, mentoring, including HIV Positive peer mentoring, BASK Groups – Stop Smoking, Over 50s, Sexual and Gender exploration, Mindfulness The Source, 24s condoms Training
