4. What do alligators eat? Alligators are carnivores. They eat meat and also sticks, fish, turtles, snakes, and small mammals. The young feed on insects, snails, and small fish.

5. Fun Facts Alligators and crocodiles look similar. Crocodiles are endangered and because the two look alike and are easily confused, alligators are also endangered.
