The Words Of Agur Proverbs 30:5 “Every word of God is tested; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.” Jesus said man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. The word of God is powerful Those who abide in the word, abide in God—and God protects them.

The Words Of Agur Proverbs 30:6 “Do not add to His words lest He reprove you, and you be proved a liar.” Deuteronomy and Revelation has warnings about adding to God’s word. It makes you a liar, All liars will be cast into the lake of fire.

The Words Of Agur Proverbs 30:9 “Lest I be full and deny Thee and say, ‘Who is the LORD?’ Or lest I be in want and steal, and profane the name of my God.” Those with plenty usually deny God. Look at the children of Israel whom the Lord blessed. Any sin is against God. Remember Josephs words?

The Words Of Agur Proverbs 30:12 “There is a kind of man who is pure in his own eyes, yet is not washed from his filthiness.” No matter how dirty or disgusting, a person thinks themselves honorable. Everyone did what was right in their own eyes. Nothing but selfishness.

The Words Of Agur Proverbs 30:20 “This is the way of an adulterous woman; She eats and wipes her mouth, and says, ‘I have done no wrong”. Not only adulterous women, but most sinners have this same attitude. Today, many false teachers will also teach them that they have done no wrong.
