7 7 User Forums and Issue Tracking The project uses Jira for issue tracking…. - Issues can be logged against Hardware Utilities SDK - Access requires a SLAC account or an “external” user Crowd account …and a to-be-determined user forum system such as Snitz - Organized to support discussion threads on Specific SDK packages Individual utilities Hardware components
