Use the planning system to help deliver conservation and public enjoyment. 6. Outcome of Representations 49 responses from 7 individuals, 4 Parish Councils, 5 local authorities and 3 central govt. agencies. The rest were from local and national organisations and planning consultants 164 representations in total. 35 propose minor changes and 62 are observations. 67 are substantive objections about: – Housing target, viability, local occupancy – Locational strategy – Open space protection policy – Barns/conservation levy – Quarrying policy – Caravan policy
