1 MVConnect Faculty Portal In-Service January 13, 2011

2 Accessing Faculty Information Step 1: Select Faculty Information. Step 2: Select Grading.

3 Accessing Faculty Information Step 3: Choose a semester. Click submit. Step 4: Choose a class, select Final or Midterm/Intermediate from drop-down list.

4 Census (Formerly Veterans) 17 Week Credit Classes Step 1: From the drop-down list, choose Midterm/ Intermediate. Click submit.

5 Census (Formerly Veterans) 17 Week Credit Classes Step 2: Check the Never Attended column if the student has never attended class. If the student attended class at least one day, leave the Never Attended column field blank. Click submit.

6 Census (Formerly Veterans) 17 Week Credit Classes Step 3: A confirmation form appears with a message that your changes have been saved. If desired, go to File I Print, to print this page. Click the OK button.

7 Midterm Attendance Verification Credit & Non-Credit Vocational Skill Classes Step 1: From the drop-down list, choose Midterm/ Intermediate. Click submit.

8 Midterm Attendance Verification Credit & Non-Credit Vocational Skill Classes Step 2: Enter V if student attended, N if the student never attended or stopped attending. If N is entered, a last date of attendance must be entered OR the never attended box should be checked. Click submit.

9 Step 3: A confirmation form appears with a message that your changes have been saved. If desired, go to File I Print, to print this page. Click the OK button. Midterm Attendance Verification Credit & Non-Credit Vocational Skill Classes

10 Final Grades All Classes Step 1: From the drop-down list, choose Final. Click submit.

11 Final Grades All Classes Step 2: Enter a Final grade for every student in the Final grade column. This also applies for audit students. A final grade should not be entered for students with a status of “D” (Dropped). If student is still not attending, a last date of attendance is required. Click submit.

12 Final Grades All Classes Step 3: A confirmation form appears with a message that your changes have been saved. If desired, go to File I Print, to print this page. Click the OK button.
