2 Process Prepare report –Collaborative REP proforma –Deadlines: report submitted by end October – your link will provide exact date –For 2011 report, reports based on experiences and evidence from 2010/11 –Attach required appendices Approved by programme committee Final report considered by SQSC, reviewed and approved Report and SQSC minutes considered also by Collaborations Monitoring sub-Committee Feedback from your UEL link Once approved, action plan should become a live plan

4 What makes a good report? Highlights positive features Reflective and analytical, ie evaluative, rather than descriptive, discusses the evidence Identifies problems and suggests solutions Contains a clear SMART action plan Is complete ie no gaps
