2  The first time the Bermuda Triangle was “discovered” was in September 16, 1950.  Two years later George X. Sand published a magazine covering the mysterious disappearances of several ships and planes including Flight 19.

3  The Bermuda Triangle is an actual geographic location.  It is an area where the most ships and planes have disappeared over the past 25 years.

4  December 5, 1945; Flight 19 (27 airmen were lost)  January 30, 1948; Avro Tudor ( 31 people)  December 28, 1948; Douglas DC-3 (32 people)  January 17, 1949; Avro Tudor ( 2 0 people )

5  March 15, 1843; USS Grampus ( unknown number of losses)  March 4, 1918; USS Cyclops (309 sailors and passengers lost)  January 31, 1921; Carroll A. Deering (unknown number)  December 1, 1925; SS Cotopaxi (unknown )

6  They were five TBM Avenger torpedo bombers that disappeared December 5, 1945..  They strangely disappeared without making any distress calls.  Still to this day we don’t know what happen to them.

7 -The three points that the triangle extends to are Bermuda Island, Miami, Florida and San Juan, Puerto Rico. - The triangle lies completely in the Atlantic Ocean.

8  The first belief is that the Bermuda Triangle is caused by ghosts and paranormal beings.

9  The second theory is that the Bermuda Triangle has a time warp.

10  The third theory is that there is a magnetic field overtop the area of the Bermuda Triangle.
