3. + My Opinions on a Cell Phone I believe that I am old enough to have the responsibility of keeping track of a cell phone I should be able to call friends and family whenever I need to incase of emergency Everyone else in my family at home has one and they are on them all of the time and I am left out because I do not have one

4. + EXAMPLES: If I am at a sleepover or party and don’t feel good, don’t feel safe, or want to go home I could call my parents without a problem. If I do not know where my parents are or whoever I am with at the moment, I can call them and ask where they are. Say I am working on homework and do not understand how to do something, I can call them without using my parent’s cell phone who might need it while I am using it.
