2 Social Learning Leverage
Adult education and training primarily has been conducted in a classroom setting, following a traditional learning format that demands various learning styles to respond to a specific type of teaching style. However, now due to the social network, adult education can now leverage its approach through social learning. Social learning leverages adult education with: Learning autonomy Cultural interactions Team/group accountability Intrinsic motivation

3 Rationale Adult learners learn better in an environment in which they can communicate their experiences and knowledge in a nonthreatening environment. It is in this atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration that adult learners can learn from each other through shared information, skills, knowledge and talents. Social media is now the new playground for social interactions, gaining knowledge, and social learning. It is in the context of social media technology that adult learners can actively participate in the learning process without many boundaries. Adobe Captivate 8 is an authoring tool that helps to minimize these boundaries with its simulation, eLearning development, rapid development, and virtual classroom tools.

4 Digital Training Approach
