1 Climatic regions of the world Equatorial rainforests are located along the Equator. Temp Precip Climate graphs show us what the average weather for a place is like over 12 months. We can see the temperature over the whole year and also how much precipitation there was and when in the year it fell. 4 Climatic regions of the world Describing a climate from a climate graph. When describing any climate from a climate graph we must go through the following steps each time : Temperature  the m mm maximum temperature and the month it occurred in. he m mm minimum temperature and the month it occurred in. he r rr range of temperature, ie (max-min).  are there clear s ss seasons eg summer/winter with appropriate descriptions e.g. very hot summers/mild winters. Precipitation  the t tt total precipitation for the whole year (add up each month’s amount). he p pp pattern throughout the year e.g. are thereperiods of drought or very wet seasons in the year.
