Catalonia has to become one of the innovation poles of EU To foster and impulse the research, technology and innovation systems, To stimulate the integration and the collaboration of public and private actors and to promote the sustainable economical development. The PRI is developed by regional and local public institutions, within a framework of collaboration between different private and public stakeholders, among them, universities, R&D centres, technological and innovation centres, enterprises and non profit organizations.
