2 The WUT instrument is a series of questions asking about preference for using tech or using non-tech means for 11 tasks. Those 11 tasks are:

3 1. Writing a memo 2. Taking a test 3. Writing a 5-page report 4. Contacting one’s teacher 5. Doing a budget 6. Viewing reference material

4 7. Getting class info 8. Doing a presentation 9. Dividing a restaurant check 10. Exchanging mail 11. Chatting (F2F vs. Internet chat)
