3. How it works Landlord decides which tenants will be in scheme. Landlord and Tenant complete simple form (A, tenant also signs CU membership form (B). Credit Union send form a to Housing Benefit Dept. 95% of HB received is paid to Landlord, of the remaining 5% half is paid into a Christmas saving account for the tenant, the CU receive the other half to cover its costs.
