3. Jeremiah 1:5 What is the principle here? The word “knew” is translated from the Hebrew word “yada”, which connotes a very personal, intimate relationship. Do you think the Lord knows us as well as He did Jeremiah? What does that mean for us? 7. What was Jeremiah’s call? The Kingdom of Judah had gone downhill. – Jeremiah 2:5-8 – Jeremiah 6:10-11 – Jeremiah 9:1-3 He was trying to save a fallen people. They had been completely corrupted and beyond hope, yet Jeremiah still hoped to bring them back.
