2. FIFE HEALTH MAPPA UPDATE Fife Population: 365,000 Managed Offenders: Approx 350 9 Restricted Patients –Fife (7x MH & 2 x LD) 9 Restricted Patients -Out of Sector (TSH, Orchard Clinic, Ayr Clinic)

Health Role Level 1: Forensic team representative (CPN) Level 2: Forensic Service Lead/Consultant Psychologist/ Forensic Psychiatrist Level 3: Forensic Service Lead/Clinical Psychologist or Forensic Psychiatrist Fortnightly alternating meetings between level 1 & 2: potential chair All level meetings have full multi-agency involvement High Risk Offender Operational Management Meeting (HROOMM): bi- monthly, Forensic Service Lead Offender Management Group (OMG): General Manager of Kirkcaldy & Levenmouth CHP

Health Role Tasks allocated: average 1 per week Liaise with General Psychiatric Services Liaise with Addiction Services Liaise with Psychology Liaise with Learning Disability Services Link with General Acute Hospitals Significant Case File Audits (FCMHT Service Lead) Consultation to CJSW / Police –Telephone consultation / advice –Fortnightly direct consultation slots (not all allocated to MAPPA)
