5 Reforming Educational and Training Sectors for RCAF Military Training Body Extension: Military Training Body Extension: -Upgrading Military training institutions, -Modernizing the training concept to meet the current requirement, -Cooperating with the civil educational institutions, and -Ensuring greater coherence between elements of the policy framework.

6 Reforming Educational and Training Sectors for RCAF Maximize the RCAF’s capabilities to reflect a modern and professional system by 2025. 7 Reforming Educational and Training Sectors for RCAF (Cont) * Skills complemented to answer future complex conditions, focusing on: -operational skills, and -improving strategic knowledge. * Advancing military education and training perspectives: -integrated an approach which requires officers to be well- schooled in military strategy, -maximizing the military professional’s mastery of war, and -improving officers’ general knowledge and broadening their view of the international community at large.

8 Reforming Educational and Training Sectors for RCAF (Cont) - Education and training curricula for military officers and defense officials which will improve their approach to a professional manner when dealing with future defense and security challenges such as: (1)tactical studies at all levels; (2)operational studies at all levels; (3)strategic and defense studies; (4)international relation; (5)geographical politic; (6)military science research and technologies; (7)foreign languages studies; and (8)other humanitarian assistance and disaster relief skills for both and disaster relief skills for both national and UN operations.
