Due to insufficient dissemination of information on free medical services, citizens are charged for free. The government also faces the problem of knowing what services is needed most in a particular region in the country.

3. Solution A USSD Application that enables users query the free and subsidized services available in their area of location The user will receive an SMS of the available services. The Application also has a backend dashboard to track what different users query

4. Target Market People Seeking Medical Treatment County Government The application will be extended to Agriculture and Education sector, therefore farmers and learners are also in the target market

5. Market Entry Social Media e.g. Facebook, twitter and YouTube Online digital Marketing e.g. websites.
