2 La Paella La Paella is a traditional Spanish dish originating in the city of Valencia. This dish is said to be the perfect mixture of Spanish and Arab cultures because of the ingredients and their origins La Paella originated because they only used things around them that they could trade for as ingredients It contains any mixture of meats such as chicken, pork, rabbit and different kinds of seafood such as clams, shrimp, mussels, crayfish or squid. 4 Gazpacho It is a popular soup from the Andalusia, Spain. It is mostly known for being served cold. Gazpacho is mostly a summer dish used to cool you down and leave you feeling refreshed after a long day. Gazpacho can be served for any occasion. Has many different influences from Greece and Rome. The dish usually takes about 15 minutes to prepare. To prepare gazpacho you combine all the ingredients. Blend slightly, to desired consistency. Place container, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

5 Spanish Tortilla It has many different names, Spanish Tortilla, Tortilla Espanola, Spanish Omelet, and the Potato Omelet. The Spanish tortilla is basically a potato and egg open faced omelet. The first known document that referenced the Spanish Tortilla was a letter dated from 1817, in which it says that the people of Pamplona consumed two or three eggs in tortilla, mixing potatoes, bread, etc. Some claim that it was General Thomas Zumalacárregui (a Spanish military official), who invented the potato omelet, as it was a simple dish that can satisfy the appetite of a whole army. It is one of the most traditional dishes served in Spain.
