BE IT RESOLVED THAT : 1.School fees for 2016 will amount to R16 500 per learner per year as budgeted for and presented in accordance with the provisions of section 38 and 39 (1) of the South African Schools Act ("the Act"); 2. The budget for 2016 as proposed by the governing body be approved 3. That the governing body are authorized to rectify any deficiencies that may arise on the budgeted amounts for specific items in the budget from surpluses that may arise from other items and further subject to the total budget not being exceeded without the approval of a parent meeting; 4.All parents will be required to pay the full amount of school fees unless they are exempted or partially exempted from such payment in accordance with the provisions of the Act, any applicable regulations and complying to the exemption requirements determined by the Governing Body;
