5 Imagination Imagine your favourite pub or café, which you visit quite often and you like to go there any time. Imagine how the pub or café looks like, the atmosphere, the environment, remember what customers you usually see there, and what about the staff, how they looks like, how they behave etc. Imagine for what occasions you visit this pub or café, what activities you do there, imagine what you usually drink or eat there.

6 Questions Why do you like this pub or café? Why is this pub or café your favourite? What makes you to come back?

7 Imagination 2 Imagine that something will happen, there will come the magician and by a wave your favourite pub or café change to a rehabilitation, training place, where work the people who suffer from schizophrenia or other type of psychosis. Everything else will stay the same. Now as the professionals, can you imagine that some of your clients would profit from this kind of program? Can you imagine some clients you work with, who would need participate in similar projects? Can you describe in what do you expect that this project would be useful for these clients ? And what you would need to know as a professional from outside to recommend this project to your clients?

8 „Typical day in café“ The first employees comes at 9.00 a.m. Therapist open the doors and help in organisation of the work. 2 clients – cleaning the café and neighbourhood 1 client – shopping (already came with the groceries, the list what to buy and proper money the client got day before) 1 client – preparing fresh baguettes 10.00 a.m. - 2 clients comes for bartenders shift 10.00 – 10.30 a.m. - preparation of bar, starting all machines, preparation of meal etc. 10.30 a.m. Opening fir the customers 10.30 a.m. First four clients finished their work, therapist makes with them gradually the evaluation of their work and makes some agreements for next day.

9 From 10.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m. work the first shift. There are 2 clients and one therapist each time on the shift. Operational manager can help if necessary, but he is not there regularly. He helps mainly in picking the ordered goods which comes from different companies. If he is not there this work is done by the people on the shift. The operational manager also help in organisation of ordered commissions or culture activities. The café is open for the customers from 10.30 a.m. till 10.30.p.m. „Typical day in café“

10 1.45 p.m. - comes next shift, there is 15 minutes for change of the shift. At this time comes also next therapist, who will work from 2 p.m. till 10.30 p.m. At 2 p.m. The first shift leave the bar and goes to the office with the therapist and evaluate their vocational performance (aprox. 10 – 30 min.). From 2 p.m. till 6 p.m. there are therapists in couple – one is at the bar, second one have time for administration work (does mainly the leader of the project, who is also part time therapist) and individual work with clients. Before 6 p.m. there comes the third shift, exchange of the shifts, second shift evaluate the work. „Typical day in café“

11 First therapist is leaving at 6.30 p.m.. At 7 p.m. starts preparation for the culture event (concert, lecture, presentation, vernissage, private party..) - done by the clients on the shift together with the therapist. Producer can come for help in organisation of the event and to take care of the visitors and performers. At 9.45 p.m. the shift finish their work and comes the professional bartender, who continue in the work – close at midnight or longer when there is successful event. At 10.00 p.m. happens the evaluation of the work performance of the third shift. Therapist and clients are leaving at least at 10.30 p.m. „Typical day in café“

12 Imagination 3 – client Imagine, you are the client, who would like to enter (start) the rehabilitation program in this pub or café. What do you need the most from this program? (for the preparation for the employment on the open job market) What do you expect from this program, what do you expect that this program can bring you, what would be useful for you? What would you need, so you would be able to stat to work there?

13 Imagine, that you are the therapist working in this café or pub. What would be important for you within the work in such project? What would you like on this job? What would irritate you within this work? Where (what) would be your priorities? What you would need in your work, for your work, so you would be able to work well (properly, effectively, with accurate level of stress etc.)? What you would need from others, your team? 14 Imagine you are the leader of this project. You have 4 therapists (together 2,5 time), operational manager, producer, 3 professional bartenders (together 0,5 time), 13 clients in rehabilitation to take care of. You are responsible for rehabilitation, operational and culture part together and for its coordination. What priorities you would have in your work? - in the work with therapeutic team, other employees - in leading of the project What everything you have to have in your mind within your work? 15 Imagine you are the representative of the public, you are the customer who comes to this pub or café. What would be the reason that you would decide to come to such café or pub? What should the café or pub fill, what kind of services it has to have, so you would return and visit the café regularly? Imagination 3 – public
