2  Swiss Graphic Designer  At Base school of Design he was developing graphic design style known as Swiss style  Books, exhibitions, stage sets, logotypes, symbols, typography, posters, sign systems, and environmental graphics.

4  Initiated in Russia, Germany and The Netherland in the 1920.  Encouraged by the artistic avant-grade and alongside the International Style in architecture

5  Hofmann is also known for his poster and the use of the colour and fonts.  Hofmann regards this as the “trivialization of colour.”  His work is widely exhibited in major galleries, such as the New York Museum of Modern Art.

6  His goal was to communicate through his style of design.  He practiced new techniques of :  photo-typesetting  Photo-montage  Experimental composition  And heavily favoured san-serif typography.
