Who are the institutional stakeholders on campus? IT, Office Research, Deans, individual faculty, institutional policy, etc. What disciplines are preeminent in terms of research on campus? How are resources spread across programs, faculties, schools, depts, etc.?

Who are the initial stakeholders to talk to, and in what order have they been approached? ie. Provost, Office of Research, Associate Deans (Research & Computing), individual research institutes, etc.

Experience with geospatial, census, DLI, ICSPR, etc. serves as story that the Library can tell to rest of campus in terms of reusing tools, approaches, expertise that the Library is now ready to have a role in planning/mgmt research data

What disciplines currently need the most help with data management planning and curation? Are there disciplinary tools/communities/repositories for research data management/planning or are there unmet needs for your researchers?
