Knowledge Building advocates pupils to develop a communal collective responsibility to creatively work with ideas, evaluate and synthesize the diversity of ideas among peers. oAnchored Instruction - Learning is tied to a natural and realistic activity, context and culture. Hence, a case study or problem is established to provide the anchor or focal point of the learning activity. It aims to create a learning community among the pupils.

The strategies (steps to go about doing things) used in the approaches oMode of delivery - blended oThe procedures for learning and the instructions for the procedures oThe students will be given a task to find out how they can convince an alien invader not to deprive the world with sunlight as it is important in the process of photosynthesis. oUsing a Web quest, they are going to the search the web of informations about photosynthesis and make a creative blog that can convince the alien invader to stop the deprivation of light and thus preserving the life of people on earth. oThe students will write their blogs and send it to the teacher in Bblogger.
