Submitted – Roxton to Paris Phase 1 Improvements

15 Avery to New Boston – 22 Miles Rail Bank Agency – City of Avery and Bowie County Red River County & Bowie County Passing Through DeKalb Avery VFD Constructed Hostel for Trail Users 1 Mile in New Boston Fully Developed-Asphalt All-Weather Surface 1.3 Miles Under Development Through Texas Parks & Wildlife Recreational Trail Grant 8.5 Miles TxDOT US Hwy 82 widening project from DeKalb to New Boston will be re-accessed upon completion due to affects of construction on RR corridor
