2. CHILD MORTALITY IN AFRICA.  In the year 2006, for the first time since mortality data have been gathered, annual dates among children under the age of 5 years caught themselves in situations of deaths. In actual fact a child born in a developing country is over 13 times more likely to die within the first 5 years of life than a child born in an industrialized country.

3.  The leading causes of childhood deaths.  pneumonia; The inflammatory illness of the lungs.  Diarrhoea : The conditions of having frequent loose or liquid bowel movements  Malaria: It’s a mosquito borne infectious disease.  Measles : Infants younger than one year of age, malnourished children and immunocompromised children are at risk for fatal measles.
