Directions: Slide 2: Print on colored paper. The number of pages printed will depend on how many “accordion” pages are needed. Cut in half along dark center line. Fold each half in half along center fold line. Fold the end tab in the opposite direction. Form an accordion fold by gluing the straight edge of one part into the valley of the other sheet’s tab. Continue gluing accordion pages as needed. To change these settings, right-click on the box, choose Format Text Box, click the Text Box tab and select a different setting. Slide 3: Paste graphics the boxes or print for students to draw their own pictures. Glue the boxes on the appropriate accordion pages. Slide 4: Type text in the boxes or print for students to write their own text. Glue the boxes on the appropriate accordion pages. Text boxes and graphics may be glued to one or both sides of the accordion. This template is constructed in the same way as the Accordion Book Landscape template. The only difference is the orientation to Portrait instead of Landscape.
