The system is expected to carry out the most functional areas of business; generating invoices, creating managerial reports, and maintaining customers’ information. The system is platform dependent, but user friendly. It can run on any Windows OS. Expected Information System

The application has to be finished by April 2011. Company has only 4 part-time programmers who are familiar with VB programming. Company does not want to invest a lot of money for database system. Company wants to cut down maintenance (training, technical support) cost as much as possible. Application must run on Windows OS. The new system should be scalable in the future.
