8 MY SUGGESTIONS: THE GUIDELINES Satellite connections Mobile cellular phone networks Cafes and libraries with internet- connected computers Banking kiosks: PDA’s combined with cell phones Realistic ICT Strategy, taking all the parties into account Focus from the ICT sector to the other, ICT-aided, industrial sectors.

9 EDUCATION ICT-related education:  scholarships for foreign ICT-students  Encourage exchange-students’ activity  Effort to creating own learning material!  One lecturer is more important that 10 new computers!
