Can cook studio, City University, 2012 School Food Trust, which measured the impact of a national network of school- based cooking clubs, found that learning to cook improved their recognition of healthier foods - and their desire to eat them. 2012

But, if the latest survey is to be believed, almost two-thirds of Scottish children, or 62%, do not know how to cook an egg. The Herald (2012) Scotland has to become a nation that enjoys food and knows how to cook it Nick Nairn … The subject he's probably most passionate about is food education for children, and he believes the closure of home economics departments in some Scottish schools is "unbelievable".
