DIPARTIMENTO DI ELETTRONICA E INFORMAZIONE Motivation behind the PhDEI Aim at establishing an association of PhD students for PhD students feel and breathe the affiliation to the PhD school Propose activities aiming at fostering the acquaintance between PhD students: on a personal level concerning research activities Help not to forget the past (alumni and their experiences) Promote the future of post-docs...... in companies... in other universities 3
