We emphasis small group interaction and allow for group feedback. We want multiple people serving and leading We use media – music, video, art, dance, etc

Elements of Grow Events Hang time – time for teens to interact together Worship – time for teens to connect with God Welcome – time for visitors to be identified Announcements – time to profile events Offering – time to worship through giving Impartation – time of sharing from the Word Small groups – time to interact about the Word Ministry time – time to apply the Word Prayer – time to ask God to work in their lives
