13 inspect l in - spect l When you inspect something, you look at it very carefully. l Mom will inspect my room after I clean it to make sure I did a good job. l You should inspect clothes before you buy them to make sure they are well-made.

43 Using Commas l Commas are used in addresses. Commas should be placed between the names of cities and states. l Commas are used in dates. l Commas are used after the greeting and closing in a letter. l Commas are used to separate three or more things in a list.
