Monday – VSP Room weekly checks Visually Check: Hvac system for leaks & valve settings Fresh water system for leaks & valve settings VSP linkage Autopilot connections Ventilation fan switch and breaker Fuel Valves at the fwd tank for leaks & settings Fuel valves at the transfer pipe for leaks & settings

2. Monday – VSP Room Weekly Checks Cycle all valves in the VSP room Check oil level in the VSP units Check oil level in the VSP header tanks Check bilge for water and pump or suction as needed Check fresh water system for leaks Check hot water heater for heat Fill day tanks and check and record fuel level in the fwd fuel storage tank Pump out grey water tank as needed Check hydraulic oil storage tank level – fill as needed Check and replace lights Check ventilation fan plenum for water – drain as needed Check general alarm bell & light Check phone & intercom # 107 Clean / wipe / wash / service all areas as needed

3. Monday - VSP Room Pump out grey water tank Cycle the overboard valve located on the starboard side Pump switch 50 gal. tank Overboard valve

4. Monday – VSP Room Fill day tanks Stick and measure main storage tank Measure sight gauge for the fwd storage tank Record fuel onboard Between each colored mark is 1000 gallons

5. Monday – VSP Room weekly checks Cycle VSP cooling overboard valves P&S Cycle HVAC overboard valve starboard side Cycle grey water overboard valve starboard side Port Side VSP cooling

6. Monday – VSP Room weekly checks HVAC overboard Grey water overboard VSP cooling Starboard Side

7. Monday – VSP Room weekly checks Check VSP unit oil level P & S Dipstick location Replace gently to avoid cross threading Operating range Look for signs of water (foam/milk)

8. Monday – VSP Room weekly checks Tank Fill Sight gauge Refill at this Level Discharge – Oil out

9. Monday – VSP Room weekly checks Remove / Lift floor plate and check for water NEVER PUMP OILY WATER OVERBOARD NEVER PUMP OILY WATER OVERBOARD Start pump and listen for prime – NEVER run dry – use prime valves if necessary Start pump and listen for prime – NEVER run dry – use prime valves if necessary Close all valves when finished Close all valves when finished Check under this floor plate On / Off VSP Room Valve Prime valves Bilge suction under floor plate
