2. Delivering the Vision Post-graduate college Following identification of research needs during the scoping activities there will be a staggered development of a post-graduate college (c.20-25 PhDs). International “Futures” Fellowships Scheme aims to support approximately c.25 post doctorate years Exchange programme focused on knowledge exchange between overseas (primarily developing country) researchers and the Scottish research community. Secondment opportunities To/from relevant stakeholder communities in Scottish Government organisations and agencies.

3. How will CREW work? Virtual Hub (V-CREW) External interface -  SG Policy, CAMERAS and key stakeholders  General Public – citizen science & hydro-literacy Internal interface – Academics and research community Evaluating Science:Policy:Practice Interfaces (ESPPI:CREW) Communicating CREW internally and externally Ensuring penetration of outputs and knowledge Building a “learning” structure for CREW Fit for purpose beyond the first 5yr cycle

4. Evaluation The Centre will be evaluated against its primary aims, namely to; build networks, create new capacity and increase impact. CREW aims to achieve these aims through increased alignment, improved linkages, supporting excellence and providing an enabling environment. This is an opportunity for all and primary principles for CREW are – equity and transparency.
