After you read a story to your child, have them:

11. Letter Expert Every child gets to be a Letter Expert
Your child will bring home a bag/envelope with a cardboard letter, sentence strip, and a book.
Help them find pictures to represent the beginning sound of the letter.-Use clip art or magazine pictures.
Read the book with them.
