2. Essential Question Why is the Alphabet important? Why do we need to know how to write each letter?. Unit Question Can you show me how to write each letter of the Alphabet? Can you tell me what each letter starts with? Can you tell me what words go with each letter?

3. Goals & Strategies My students will learn how to write each letter of the Alphabet. They will also be able to identify objects that go with each letter. As a whole class we will work on different activities for each letter so the student will have a better understanding of the specific letter.
