2. Purpose of Donations By donating these items, we help generate funds to take care of the service men and women who help keep America safe from harm as well as: To improve the general welfare and hospital care of all veterans Especially homeless and disabled veterans Assisting veterans that suffer from PTSD and other disabilities In order to work closely with veterans of other conflicts Lastly, to take the lead on women and minority veteran issues

Acceptable Donations Clothing (1 point per item) Men's, ladies, kids, children's, baby clothing Purses, belts, ties, wallets, dresses, shirts, pants, shoes Household items (2 points per item) Dishes, glasses, silverware, bedding, linens, pillows, draperies, curtains, rugs, jewelry, cosmetics, comforters, home decor, baby items, art, and frames Toys (1 point per item) Stuffed animals, board games, dolls, action figures, sports equipment

4. Acceptable Donations (cont.) Electronics (2 points per item) TV’s, Stereo, radio, boom box, computers, laptops, cameras, typewriters, VCR’s Books (1 point per item) Textbooks, magazines, hardcover, softcover, fiction, non-fiction Other items: (2 points) Office chairs, headboards, nightstads, mirros, bikes, musical instruments, small filing cabinets, garage sale leftovers, microwaves, toasters, blenders (Pretty much anything!!!)

5. Important Info Last day to collect will be November 30 th All collected items must be brought in bags with your name, grade level, and ID number Points-
