NPRRs Referred by WMS NPRR589, Ancillary Service Offers in the Supplemental Ancillary Services Market – Same timeline for failure to provide, additional AS or undeliverability – Added the change to reconfiguration SASM settlement so that MCPC is not the maximum cleared for that hour – Removed the requirement for ERCOT to issue a Watch for insufficient offers in the SASM – Need WMS approval to submit comments on behalf of QMWG

3. NPRRs Referred by WMS NPRR585, Clarification of Administrative Pricing Requirements for Self-Committed Combined Cycle Combustion Turbines on a Resource Committed by RUC – ERCOT clarified that when a CC configuration is RUC’d another GT could be started and the revenue from the new configuration contributes to the RUC guarantee. Also has clawback. – Probably still need this NPRR to clarify what is to be done with the EOC. – Request clarifying comments be submitted by ERCOT

4. NPRRs Referred by WMS NPRR576, Changing Non-Spin Service to an Off-Line Service Discussed the reliability value of Non-Spin. ERCOT needs the reserves. Needs the operational awareness of when reserves are deployed by SCED. Either the Online NS need to be behind the HASL or need price floors. Price floors solve the issues of operational awareness and price reversal. The NPRR sponsor considering submittal of comments reinstating price floors.

5. NPRRs Referred by WMS NPRR574, Removal of Offer Curve Flexibility for DAM-Committed Resources – ERCOT staff has planned a meeting with PUCT staff to discuss. – No action/recommendation from QMWG at this time

6. General Update NDCRC Upgrade – Still on track for April release Generation Commissioning Check List and Resource Interconnection Handbook – ERCOT has provided a mark up and will schedule a Webex before the end of the month to discuss the changes. Other considerations for RUC/ONOPTOUT – System change to EOC automatic for RUC – System change to allow COP change when RUC VDI after end of Adjustment Period
