6 Why Volunteering? Your child’s swim team is managed and run by Your child’s swim team is managed and run by PARENTS PARENTS Hosting the meets reduces every swimmer’s training fees by an average of $1000 per year. 7 200 Points Minimum Most jobs are 10 points per session Officials - 15pts (All Certifications for being a USA certified Official are paid by the TEAM) Highest points earned last year 790 points Palmetto Meet – double points, must earn a minimum of 60 points at Palmetto meet regardless of points earned during year

8 Rewards Families with over 250 points earn silver family status Families with over 350 points earn gold family status $50 gift card & $50 Account Credit drawing at the end of the year for silver families ($100 Total) $100 gift card & $100 Account Credit drawing at the end of the year for gold families ($200 Total)

9 Ways to Earn Points During Meet Timing, Relief Timing, Concessions, Swim Shop, Clerk of Course, Hospitality, Safety Marshal, Computer Operator, Meet Director, Awards

10 Ways to Earn Points Not During Meet Meet Set up, Meet Clean up, Bulletin Board, Food Preparation, Christmas Party, End of Year Party, PAC Committee Chair, Heat Sheet Coordinator, And Many More! Ask Coach Tim!
