RESPONSIBILITIES Increase access to its TVET programmes Make its TVET programmes affordable Make provisions for individuals with special needs and other vulnerable groups to access TVET programmes Ensure that each TVET candidate develops the necessary competencies to perform well in TVET assessments Ensure appropriate infrastructure is in place to support the delivery of CXC’s TVET programmes CXC in collaboration with Regional Governments and Private Sector Organizations will: CVQs as SBAs

6. SEPT 2012 Criteria: Nomination by CXC Grades I or II in CAPE or CXC Associate Degree GPA of at least 3.6/4.0 Eligible for at least 30 transferable credits in engineering, architecture, science, psychology, business, information technology, or any of IIT’s 32 majors Presidential Scholarship of up to US$23,500 per year (US$11,750 per semester) toward tuition 45 Presidential Scholarships annually
