2 Project GROW Goals and Objectives Goal 1: Recruit 600 participants residing the PUMA #1102. 309 Current Data Base Objective 1: Recruit individuals for participation in grant activities who meet grant requirements.  Unemployed Individuals (Chronic definition)  High School Dropouts  Individuals with social barriers obstructing further education  Childcare, Transportation, Limited Resources  (Felony/Misdemeanor) Objective 2: Provide comprehensive support service to minimize barriers that prevent engagement in training.

3 Project GROW Goals and Objectives Goal 2: Train 390 participants residing in the PUMA #1102 384 to go Objective 1: Develop a range of basic educational skills and specialized job skills. Objective 2: Deliver training to recruited participants.  Preparatory training  Core Training Objective 2: Provide comprehensive support service to minimize barriers that prevent engagement into successful completion of training.

4 Project GROW Goals and Objectives Goal 3: Place participants in employment related to their field of study, i.e., “Green Jobs” Objective 1: Identify a pool of contractors and employers in “Green” related activities to hire graduates. Objective 2: Work with partners and grant supporters to hire and/or place grant completers.
