Administration - Disbursement Disbursement Eligibility Reports (DERs) are due for: FSAG-CE, Bright Futures, CSDDV, Rosewood and José Martí – no later than 30 days after the last day of Drop/Add FWEP – no later than 30 days after the end of each term Bright Futures refunds (D04) due no later than 30 days from end of term

Administration - Reconciliation Reconciliation is due for: FSAG-CE, Bright Futures, CSDDV, Rosewood and José Martí – no later than 60 days after the last day of Drop/Add FWEP – no later than 60 days after the end of each term

Administration – Reporting Deadlines Disbursements – 30 days after the last day of drop/add Term reconciliation – 60 days after the last day of drop/add Dropped/withdrawn Bright Futures funds no later than 30 days from term end June 1 – Annual reconciliation and refunds due for FSAG-CE, Bright Futures, CSDDV, Rosewood, José Martí, and FWEP June 7 (end of first week of June) – Institution Application is due June 30 – FWEP Allocation Request for next fiscal year is due June 30 –Grade & Hours Report deadline July 30 th – FWEP Annual Financial Summary Report is due

Administration – Eligibility Determination Institutions will have the capability to view files only for their own students of record The files affected are: Master Eligibility List (MEL) FSAG Eligibility Determination List Talented Twenty (T-20) List

Administration – Eligibility Determination Notifications are sent to students to keep their information updated with OSFA The first Friday May through August Notice available on any student’s Financial Aid Recipient History (FARH) If the student is not on your institution’s MEL, you can look up the student individually online

Administration – Eligibility Determination By submitting student GPA and hours earned at the end of the spring term, your institution is assisting with student renewal eligibility Submit one institutional cumulative GPA and the number of hours earned (versus the number of hours enrolled at the beginning of the term) The system converts your clock hours for you Use the OSFA Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP) for file submissions You still have the option of entering students one at a time

Administration – Eligibility Determination FSAG-CE (for public vocational centers only) Minimum $200 unmet need/Maximum $2610 COA - EFC - Pell - Gift Aid = Unmet Need Award not to exceed unmet need Award aid based on Florida Statutes and State Board of Education Rules Institution must have a policy for awarding aid consistently and fairly Remember: The minimum required certificate program length to receive FSAG-CE is 450 clock hours Report Otherwise Eligible C99

Gold Seal Vocational Scholars Award Gold Seal Vocational Scholars award may only be used to fund: Applied Technology Diploma, up to 60 credit hours or equivalent clock hours Technical Degree Education Program, not to exceed 72 hours or equivalent clock hours Career Certificate Program, not to exceed 72 credit hours or equivalent clock hours Administration – Reminders

Bright Futures - Restoration For advisement purposes, students may only use summer coursework to raise the GPA for a one-time restoration at the end of the first year of funding only If the student did not earn the GPA after the first year of funding, restoration is not permitted If the student did not earn the hours, regardless of year of funding, restoration is not permitted Administration – Reminders

Bright Futures - Reinstatement Reinstatement is only for students who, although eligible, were not funded in the prior academic year Students are required to apply for reinstatement of their award within 2 years of high school graduation Administration – Reminders
