Coherent Sequence Update Previous year’s 40 th and 100 th day enrollment populates the upcoming coherent sequence LEA edits, adds and deletes courses as needed Coherent sequence is how the LEA notifies ADE a new program is being offered Arizona has 71 program offerings with coherent sequences of instruction

17. How the Process will Work? LEA submits no later than 6/15 GPS will review for “substantial approval” by July 1 allowing the LEA to obligate funds beginning on that date GPS and LEA will continue the process until all the objectives and expenditures support each other and meet the intent of Perkins All Federal Perkins grants will have final approval by 10/1.
