3 Executive Summary Application compiles all the information a parade-goer demands Krewe Information Name date, and route of the parade Bar and restaurant specials and menus Locations of public restrooms and restaurants on or around parade route Real time location of first and last float of the parade

4 Functional Requirements Parade Information 1.1 The application will provide the parade location, date and time of parade, parade name, and Krewe information (history, theme, etc.) 1.2 The application will provide set locations of restrooms in and around the parade route 1.3 The application will provide set locations of restaurants in and around the parade route. 1.4 The application will provide set locations of bars in and around the parade route. 1.5The application will provide real-time location of first and last float of parade. Parade Location Settings 2.1 Global Positioning System device mounted onto first parade float will send location to mobile device via application 2.2 Global Positioning System device mounted onto last parade float will send location to mobile device via application. New Object Information 3.1 The application will add a new object when three distinct users provide similar information on an object (bar, restroom, or restaurant). Administrator approval required 3.2 The application will add a new object when an administrator provides new information on an object

5 Nonfunctional Requirements Operational 1.1 System can run on all Android and Apple mobile devices 1.2 System will integrate with TomTom NV servers to receive GPS locations of floats Performance 2.1 System should be available for use 24 hours per day, 365 days per year 2.2 System must support at least 1,500 users at any given time Security 3.1 GPS security will be managed by TomTom NV 3.2 Application updating rights will be given to only four (4) administrators Cultural/Political 4.1 System and application must follow respective Krewe regulations in terms of advertising and use of logos
