Benefits: Get a better picture of the planned budget Show advertisers the total ad-serving spend for the campaign Add different ad-serving fees for different placement types

4 © 2011 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved Ad-Serving Costs 1.In the Sites Overview tab, open the Settings drop-down menu, and select Ad-Serving Fees. menu. 2.Enter ad-serving fees for the different placement types. The system will calculate the total ad fees based on the rates for different placement types and the number of planned units.

If the placement is indicated as Site-Served, then the ad-serving fee will be counted as zero. 7 © 2011 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved Sending a Proposal to a Publisher to Update Feature: Publishers can now update proposals on their own. Update and send proposals to publishers, after which they can make their own amendments and upload the proposals directly to MediaMind. Benefits: Save the agency and the publisher precious time Send proposals to publishers directly from the Buying module. Publishers can update and add placements, and upload the proposal. Existing placements will be updated. New placements will be created in a new proposal.

A new Placement ID column has been added, to differentiate between existing/updated placements, and new placements. Do not enter a value for newly added placements. 3 4 * *

11 © 2011 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved New Feature Facts: When uploading proposals that were exported/sent from the platform, each proposal that exists in the platform will be updated. If this proposal has an IO then the proposal/relevant placements will become Not Synced. If the proposal includes placements/packages that were moved to trafficking (in media plan), then the relevant placements/packages can be moved to trafficking again, and they will be updated in the media plan (duplicates will not be created). When uploading proposals from the RFP email, each proposal will be created as a new proposal.

12 © 2011 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved New Feature Facts: For planners only – Two new columns exist in the proposal Excel after selecting and exporting multiple proposals: Proposal Name (Existing) – When adding new placements, you should select from the drop-down menu the relevant proposal. Proposal Name (New) - When adding new placements for proposals not yet created, you should fill in the name of the proposal. After importing the Excel back into the system, new placements will be added to existing and/or new proposals. See Sending an Updated ProposalSending an Updated Proposal

Show the advertiser name next to the campaign name (by default they it is not included). You can find these settings in your account settings, under Smart Planning > Account Settings > IO Settings. 5.You can now see who signed the IO (agency or publisher).
