Mr. Serge Louis Déthié CISSE Internal Auditor / SENELEC, SENEGAL 9  Electricity operators: … continued… o Are to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance as well as the effective implementation of recommendations arising from the review of experience feedback, which emerge as key components of a rigourous management; o A rehabilitation and reinforcement of electricity infrastructures by enforcing measures aimed at putting an end to degradations and at improving the performance of the whole system; o A relevant training and communication based on the mastery of energy and the appropriate management of electricity infrastructures, vis-à-vis the State, Users and Development Partners.
